Our staff members have years of medical and care giving expertise, and we ensure that they maintain their licenses and advance their skills through continuing education as well. Paramount employees work on rotating shifts. Each paramedic works 24-hours and is off for 48-hours.

All of our employees go through extensive background checks. Employee drug screening are mandatory as well as an extensive 10-year motor vehicle record check.
